The Perfect iPad Accessory
You’ve no doubt heard the buzz about Apple’s new iPad becoming available over the weekend. Love it or hate it – it has lots of features to mess around with, but one of the things it is missing is a real keyboard. And with the iPad Keyboard Dock not available yet, a lot of people are connecting their favorite Bluetooth keyboard to make typing easier.
Our Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Keyboard 6000 is a great option for the iPad. It’s Bluetooth, so it connects easily without wires, and it has our Comfort Curve layout which encourages a more natural wrist posture over a straight keyboard. It’s also ultra-thin so it looks great and travels well with the iPad.
Go ahead, give it try and let us know what you think. Is a real keyboard helpful with the iPad or are you liking the touch-only keyboard?

I have this keyboard and an iPad but cannot get the iPad to see the keyboard in the list of discoverable devices.

I use it overlapping a laptop with not so comfortable keyboard.
Nice results indeed.

Hi Ian. While we can’t address specific questions around iPad functionality, something you may want to try is to press and hold the Bluetooth Connect button (next to the on/off switch) on the underside of the keyboard. You’ll want to hold until the battery light blinks red and green – indication that the keyboard is now discoverable.
